13bet Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "13bet" or "Platform": the sports betting and online casino service available at 13bet.life and its subdomains, including all mobile versions and official apps.
• "Player" or "You": any individual who creates or holds an account with 13bet, resident in Brazil and at least 18 years of age.
• "Account": the unique account created by the Player on 13bet, identified by CPF and email, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Real Balance": the amount in BRL deposited by the Player and available for betting and immediate withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": the amount credited by 13bet as a promotion, subject to rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• "Bet": any outcome prediction made by the Player using Real Balance or Bonus Balance within the 13bet platform.
• "Rollover": the total wagering amount the Player must accumulate to convert Bonus Balance into withdrawable Real Balance.
• "Pix": the instant payment system of the Banco Central do Brasil, used as the primary deposit method and the only withdrawal method at 13bet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): the identity verification process required by 13bet before releasing the Player's first withdrawal.

To create and maintain an active account on 13bet, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be an employee, partner, immediate family member, or service provider of 13bet or any partner company involved in operating the platform;
• Not having a previous account closed by 13bet due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Registering with 13bet is free and carries no obligation to deposit or place bets. By completing registration, the Player confirms that all information provided is accurate and authorizes 13bet to verify it at any time, including checks against official databases for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Only one account is allowed per CPF, per IP address, and per device. Any additional accounts created by the same person will be closed, and all balances and winnings associated with those accounts will be voided.

A 13bet account is personal and non-transferable. The Player is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — secure, and for all activity carried out on their account, regardless of who performed it.

The Player must:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone, including family members;
• Notify 13bet immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your registration details up to date, especially your email address and mobile number;
• Complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 13bet to maintain access to deposits and withdrawals.

13bet uses advanced security systems to protect player accounts, including optional two-factor authentication, suspicious login monitoring, and automatic alerts for unusual access attempts. We strongly recommend that all players enable two-factor authentication in their account security settings.

13bet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

13bet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the Player's bank or digital wallet are the Player's responsibility. All deposits must come from accounts held in the Player's own name — deposits made by third parties are blocked and returned.

Withdrawals at 13bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the Player's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or other digital wallets are not permitted.

Withdrawal request conditions:

• The Player must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• The maximum withdrawal amount is R$ 50,000.00 per transaction and R$ 100,000.00 per day;
• The withdrawable balance must consist exclusively of Real Balance — Bonus Balance may only be withdrawn after the required rollover has been fully completed;
• For withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, additional proof-of-income documentation may be required in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Processing takes up to 5 minutes for 98% of requests. Cases requiring manual security review may take up to 24 hours. 13bet charges no processing fees on withdrawals.

13bet offers pre-match and live betting on more than 50 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (SuperLiga men's and women's), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports (CBLOL).

General Sports Betting rules at 13bet:

• The minimum single bet amount is R$ 1.00; for combo bets, R$ 2.00;
• The maximum bet amount varies by sport and market, as displayed on the platform at the time of placing the bet;
• All bets are confirmed at the moment the Player clicks "Confirm". Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the Player, except where cash out is available;
• Bets on events canceled or postponed by more than 48 hours are voided and the amount is returned to the Real Balance;
• If an incorrect result is published due to a technical error, 13bet reserves the right to correct the result and recalculate the winnings for all affected bets;
• 13bet may limit the maximum individual bet amount for Players who consistently demonstrate predictive ability above the published odds, in accordance with its internal risk management policy.

For live betting, odds update in real time as the match unfolds. 13bet may temporarily suspend markets during key moments — such as goals, red cards, or injuries — to recalculate odds accurately.

13bet offers casino games from internationally licensed providers, including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and Live Casino with real-time dealers. All games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent audits.

Casino game-specific terms:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots game is available in the game information. Values vary by provider and title;
• The Player may not pause an ongoing slots or crash game round for the purpose of contesting the result;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game — such as a lost connection or server error — 13bet records the game state at the time of the failure and either resumes or voids it in accordance with the game provider's policy;
• Maximum bets while using Bonus Balance in casino games are limited to R$ 10.00 per round, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• The Live Casino may have specific operating hours for certain tables, as published on the platform.

Certain promotions may exclude specific games from counting toward the rollover. This information will always be specified in the terms of each promotion available in the bonuses section of the 13bet platform.

13bet offers promotions for both new and existing players. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each promotion is valid once per Player, per CPF, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the rollover requirement specified in the promotion must be met before the bonus can be converted into Real Balance;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover requirement of any promotion, unless otherwise stated;
• Voided, canceled, or cash-out-settled bets below the minimum odds, as well as bets placed on excluded markets, do not count toward the rollover;
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. The default period for the welcome bonus is 30 calendar days;
• If the rollover is not completed by the deadline, the remaining Bonus Balance is removed from the account with no refund;
• 13bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with 7 days' prior notice, except in cases of detected abuse, where suspension may be immediate.

13bet is committed to a fair environment for all players. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance retention:

• Use of automation: using bots, scripts, automation software, or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human way for betting, account creation, or promotion exploitation;
• Bonus arbitrage: creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to claim promotions more than once;
• Bonus abuse: betting on both sides of the same outcome (e.g., using two different accounts) to eliminate risk and convert bonus funds into real balance without any actual risk;
• Collusion: colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in tournaments or casino games;
• Exploitation of technical glitches: exploiting odds errors or inconsistencies, software failures, or known bugs to gain an unintended advantage over the platform;
• Use of insider information: betting based on confidential information about sporting outcomes that is not available to the general public;
• Age violation: registering or placing bets while under 18 years of age;
• Depositing third-party funds: using bank accounts, cards, or digital wallets belonging to other people to make deposits at 13bet.

When 13bet identifies prohibited conduct, the account will be suspended pending investigation. The Player will be notified and will have up to 5 business days to provide clarification. Once the investigation is complete, 13bet will communicate the final decision to the Player.

The Player may voluntarily close their 13bet account at any time, with no penalty, by submitting a request to support via live chat or at contato@13bet.life. Upon requesting closure:

• Ongoing bets will remain open until settled, and results will be applied as normal;
• Any available Real Balance will be returned via Pix once the closure process is complete, which may take up to 5 business days;
• Any uncleared Bonus Balance will be cancelled with no refund;
• The Player's personal data will be retained by 13bet for the minimum period required by Brazilian law for tax and legal compliance purposes.

13bet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice in cases of:

• Proven violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward the 13bet support team;
• A court or regulatory order requiring account closure.

13bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment. That's why we provide responsible gambling tools accessible directly from the account dashboard of every registered player:

• Deposit limit: the Player sets a deposit cap per period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, the limit can be lowered immediately; to increase it, a waiting period of 7 calendar days is required;
• Bet limit: maximum amount per individual bet, set by the Player;
• Loss limit: a loss cap per period. Once the limit is reached, the platform blocks new bets until the next period begins;
• Session limit: a daily maximum usage time, with an automatic alert as the Player approaches the limit;
• Temporary break: account suspension for periods between 24 hours and 6 months, chosen by the Player;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no option to register again using the same CPF.

13bet also provides access to external support resources for players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their financial, family, or emotional well-being. This information is available in the Responsible Gambling of the platform.

Applicable law: these Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the legislation applicable to the sports betting market in Brazil.

Jurisdiction: any disputes arising from the use of the 13bet platform that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the court of the Player's place of residence, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Data protection: Players' personal data is processed in accordance with the LGPD. Changes to the Terms: 13bet may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated to the Player by email and/or platform notification at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Language: the Brazilian Portuguese text prevails over any eventual translation of these Terms into other languages.
